Herbalogi.ai is a pharmaceutical start-up that uses deep learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to advance small molecule medication development. The idea was born out of a side project discussed during a virtual academic workshop in 2020. From that starting point, an AI engine is created to discover nature’s healing power.

Our team pioneered the use of deep learning for natural-based drug design. Although the same methodology can be applied in the synthetic drug design, we believe that nature can provide a potent chemical basis for all types of medicine.

Our discovery engine, the LPROSE, has been thoroughly verified in multiple academic studies. We have provided health solutions to biotech and drug companies around the world. Our capabilities cover a wide range of protein types and multiple “hard-to-drug” targets. Our greatest asset is our international team of scientists, consisting of subject-matter-experts from various fields such as engineering, health science, cheminformatic, computing and biotechnology.
